1995
Polar Corporation purchases 7 repair facilities from Pentron, and PSC is created. Founding locations including Houston, Texas; Spartanburg, S.C., Marietta, Ohio; Port Allen, Louisiana; St Genevieve, Missouri; Port Reading, N.J.; and West Chester, Pennsylvania. -
2004
PSC grows to 12 branches through the addition of new facilities. -
2010
PSC introduces express shops to the tank industry. These small service facilities strategically located in high tank traffic areas. -
2011–12
Additional expansions include Killdeer, N.D. and Cherry Hill, N.J. -
2013
PSC acquires the service division of Beall, a West Coast network of service and parts facilities. -
2014
PSC adds locations in Williston, N.D. and Savannah, Georgia. -
2015
PSC is acquired by EnTrans International and joins a prestigious family of energy transportation companies including Heil Trailer, Kalyn Seibert, Jarco, and Serva. -
2016
PSC implements a new IT system to serve customers with greater efficiency. -
2017
PSC adds a location in Paterson, N.J. and also launches the ability to record and track all HM inspections electronically. Delivery of all forms is accessible to customers through a cloud-based application.

2018
PSC welcomes Heil Tank Service in Louisville, Kentucky.

2019
PSC opens a new facility in Odessa, Texas on February, and a location in Griffin, Georgia in August.

2020
PSC expands services to include tank wash facilities in Augusta, Georgia, Odessa, Texas and Billings, Montana, as well as upgrades the tank wash and adds a liner shop in Killdeer, North Dakota. New locations in El Paso, Texas and Bakersfield, California are opened in June. -
2021
JARCO in Salem, IL joins the PSC network at the first of the year. This integration adds propane truck and trailer assembly coupled with full-service parts and repair facilities. PSC opens locations in Owosso, Michigan and North Salt Lake City, Utah in March. In the last quarter, PSC acquires Grace Trailers' three locations in Arkansas and Tennessee to triple their existing tank wash business, and opens a new tank wash facility in Savannah, GA.
PSC continues its commitment to the North American tank trailer and tank truck industry by providing the largest network of parts and service facilities. -
2022
PSC is acquired by Quala. With a combined network of 126 locations across North America, Quala and PSC will be well positioned to become a "one stop shop" for all of your tank trailer needs.
PSC delivers their 1000th Polar-Pac Liquid Bulk Unloading Solution. Polar-Pac continues to rapidly gain popularity in the tank trailer industry. -
2023
PSC's parent company, Quala, merges with Boasso Global the world leaders in ISO tank depots and transportation
